Sherlock Holmes Museum

In the centre of Meiringen in the English Church is the world's only authentic replica of the master detective’s parlour at 221b Baker Street. The museum opened on 4 May 1991 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the death of Sherlock Holmes under the patronage and in the presence of the Sherlock Holmes Society of London and the daughter of the author Conan Doyle.
